Casa Venturini

L’appartamento è ampio, con 3 camere da letto e due bagni, cucina attrezzata, ideale per famiglie e gruppi. Pulito, con un panorama carino nei dintorni. Staff gentile e disponibile. Ottimo prezzo.

La piscina è in condivisione, e rispetto al nostro appartamento non così vicina/comoda. Non l’abbiamo sfruttata come pensavamo, credevamo fosse più “esclusiva”.

Sentirsi a casa..I proprietari sono molto gentili

Purtroppo quando si sceglie una vacanza relax,deve mettere in conto che possono aggiungersi famiglie chiassose, non per colpa dei proprietari..

Collocata in un'ottima posizione, a cinque minuti da Trevi, di cui si gode un'ottima vista, Casa Venturini è un'abitazione fresca, pur dotata di condizionatore, comoda, accessibile, dotata di tutti i comfort (lavastoviglie, lavatrice) i cui proprietari si sono resi disponibili di fronte alle nostre richieste. Trevi è a mezza via tra Assisi e Spoleto, facilmente raggiungibili dalla strada statale. La piscina è stata molto rilassante, con acqua sempre pulita, leggermente salata, ben dotata di sdrai, ombrelloni e bagno. Rilassanti anche i due balconi, utili per asciugare costumi e vestiti.

Non è possibile cambiarla, però la distanza dalla piscina non è immediata. Si potrebbe, invece, mettere una tenda per coprire dal sole il terrazzo vicino al salotto, per migliorarne l'utilizzo nelle ore più calde, o almeno durante pasti e cene.

Wspaniała lokalizacja: Umbria i Toskania w zasięgu ręki. Wspaniała gościnność: gospodarz zyczliwy i zawsze pomocny. Na wielki plus: basen z niezwykłym widokiem. Ponadto udogodnienia: klimatyzacja, pralnia, zmywarka, dwie lazienki, taras z widokiem, grill. Polecam dla wszystkich miłośników Włoch.

Jedynie komary.

I liked that it is close to some beautiful cities around and its up on a hill, the area is quiet. The host and family are very friendly and communication was easy. There is a big living room and clean restroom/shower. And if you walk up 5-10 minutes you are in nice olive gardens where you could hike or relax. It felt safe there.

The images give you the impression of a bright appartment with maybe a terrace to the garden and pool. But it is not like that, see my images. The mentioned terrace is a balcony without any view or much light, the pool and garden is a short walk away (complete other buildings, 5 minute walk around the little village). Also I need to say that the bed mattresses are not comfortable, our back did hurt every morning, so I ended up sleeping on the couch downstairs. The kitchen felt depressing, we did not wanna have breakfast or dinner there, we ate in the living room and had a picnic up in the hills (we took everything with us and walked 5-10 minutes up outside the village). Also I have problems to understand how this appartment would sleep 8 people, because there is only a small table for 3 or 4 in the kitchen. Was there a restroom downstairs, I could not find the 2nd bathroom(?) I usually book just by the rating of 9.0 stars or above, and that always worked well, but for this appartement/house I would expect a rating of somewhere between 7.8 and 8.5. Don't get me wrong, but the impression of the "pool/garden" images is just fooling you. Why do I write that? Well, we came from a "Podere" in Tuscany, there we paid just 10 Euros more per night and had an excellent breakfast included(!), a rustic stunning 2 bedroom appartment, our private garden terrace and a pool (also open in late October), and a absolute stunning 10km view from our terrace. So it was like comming from paradise to a dark place. Oh, please be adviced that the google maps position is wrong, it brings you to another accomodation (Alvavista b&B) with the pool, and you then have to drive all way down, outside the village (1km detour) and up another road to reach the "center" of these constructions.
