Hotel Alexandra

Good location, clean rooms and wonderful staff. Nice breakfast, but pricey.

The air conditioning simply doesn’t work. It was hot all week and the air conditioning just didn’t function. Opening windows was not an option due to street noise; hotel is located on a major thoroughfare.

L'emplacement central et juste à côté du métro, avec des restaurants et supérettes très proches. La décoration scandinave soignée. La cour intérieure très agréable pour boire un verre. Un verre de vin offert de 17h à 18h très apprécié. Le personnel présent à la réception 24h sur 24.

La machine a café dans la chambre qui ne fonctionnait pas et qui a juste été retirée et pas remplacée. La climatisation qui ne fonctionnait pas alors que nous l'avions réglée à 16 degrés, quand nous l'avons signalé on nous a répondu que c'était normal qu'elle ne fonctionne pas bien quand tout l’hôtel l'utilise... Le grincement des portes et du parquet dans les chambres. Visiblement nous n'étions pas les seuls à subir des dysfonctionnements, l'hôtel a besoin d'un rafraichissement.

Quirky historical Danish hotel with authentic furniture-this is not a 4/5 star chain hotel so don’t expect that, but it does have wonderful ambience

Some noise from the concert backyard next door. But didn´t bother us.
