Water overflow when you take shower making floor slippery, shower curtain wasn’t long enough. There’s mold on tiles

De tudo. Localização impecável, perto da estação central e de restaurantes, bares, farmácias, supermercados, compras em geral, melhor localização não há para se hospedar na cidade. Hotel tradicional da cidade, com ambiente bem aconchegante, atendimento excelente por parte de todos, quarto amplo e confortáve. O café da manhã, caso o hóspede queira tomar o café no hotel, é pago à parte, na acomodação. O hotel conta com bicicletas para locação, o que é maravilhoso, pois a cidade é um paraíso para quem gosta de pedalar, toda preparada para ciclistas. Super recomendo o hotel.

"A perfect choice in all respects."

Aside from the great location, the room was spacious, very comfortable and amazingly quiet given that it was on a main road. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I would certainly recommend it and choose it myself next time we go to Copenhagen.

Staff were wonderful, in particular Gretta & Cat. Friendly, efficient, nothing was a problem. Loved the Scandi decor & special touches ie a specific design item of the era. In my room a “Frida” chair. Oh and the cafe was fantastic!

No issues.

Het hotel is heel leuk ingericht in jaren '50-'70 stijl. Het ontbijt is fantastisch, wel duur. De ligging van het hotel is ideaal, dichtbij het station en dichtbij het centrum. Dichtbij het hotel werd wel elke avond live muziek gespeeld. Het personeel was over het algemeen vriendelijk, wel iedere dag iemand anders.
