Giving me a key to a room already occupied with someone in it. That could have been a fatal mistake on their part. I will not stay there again.

They were late in checking us in even though we confirmed the room was ready before we got there. Room smelled like wet dogs and there was a ton of dog hair left in the room. Floor wasn't swept or mopped. Toilet was used and hadn't been flushed. Used kleenexes left in the nightstand drawer. No microwave. No toilet paper....had to request multiple times. The only highlight was Social bar staff who were nice and competent.

Great location, walking distance from a few restaurants, bakeries, and entertainment. Bed was comfy, and the free breakfast was pretty good👍🏽,

The hotel was clean and in a great location where we could walk to many things.

We were charged a $25 fee after we left the hotel. We called to ask about it and they were able to provide us with very little information other than saying there was a “stain” on the linens. The front desk person said they would look into it because there were no other notes, but she never called back to give us more information. We had no idea what they were referring to because the linens all seemed fine when we left and we did not eat or drink on the beds. We were very disappointed to be hit with this fee at the end after we had already left and had limited ability to argue it, especially since they had no notes on what the “stain” was so we weren’t even sure what they were referring to. If this had been a fancy hotel, I might have understood that they had high standards and maybe we spilt something and didn’t realize it, but this was a very average, unimpressive hotel.

Tv did not work. Internet was very poor.
