"Exceptional value"

The 2 pm check in was a godsend (most places don’t let you check in til 3). Staff was exceptionally friendly and competent and always available. Very clean for the age of the hotel. Super quiet at all hours. For the price, an incredible value.

Was good stay

Nothing. Everything was great. Room, everything was good. But dryer could maybe get fixed, took more then 4+ hours to dry.

I stayed all week for job training and overall it was a good stay! By far the best part of the stay was Melissa at the check in desk! I had an issue in my room and she promptly, attentively, and very politely switched my room. She was sweet and helpful on anything I asked! She is a superstar for this motel for sure!

The location

First computers were down so had to wait to check in, no biggie. Once we were checked in and went to the room we opened the door to a very heated and hot room. We then discovered the mirror had come out of its frame and wasn’t secure. Right after while on phone with front staff about the mirror, we discovered the toilet wouldn’t flush. Someone brought us a plunger. Later that evening we noticed no matter how hot the heater was, the area around the windows were ice cold. About 10pm we discovered the windows were wide open, with the heater running. We also fought with the tv for several hours to actually be able to watch something. It turned out the internet wouldn’t stay connected and when staff were told they said maintenance would get to it the following day but we were staying only one night. That was definitely a very frustrating first day of the new year.
