"Horrible stay."

The place did not feel safe. In the hallway there parting, yelling, shouting, some foul language and sounding like chaos. Also under our window there was a raucous group of about 8 people speaking and laughing loudly. This started at about 10:30 PM. I called the front desk to inform them of the situation. The lady seemed understanding and told me that she was sending an engineer to go figure it out. I made a total of 4 times. I told her that I wanted my money back however we didn’t have a place to go. It ended by me telling her that I needed my sleep and that I was calling the police. She said don’t do that and hung up on me. The loud air conditioner came on for about 10 minutes and by then the noise had stopped. This was after 11:20 PM. By then I was really upset and exhausted that wasn’t able to sleep until after 12:30 AM. I was really very, very disappointed and upset.

"Great location near historic Folsom."

Location was great, very walkable to things. Room was clean, although our floor and room did have a little musty odor. The exterior areas of property were very pretty.

The place could use a refresh. Furniture looks beat up in rooms and carpets seemed a bit old. Everything is clean but just feels dated and for the price, you'd expect a little nicer feel in rooms and common areas. Also, offering free coffee and tea for guests would be nice.

Great location and kind staff

The in room ac was very inconsistent. Room was too cold when running and quickly got hot when it cycled off after reaching temperature. Extremely difficult to sleep.
