Either don't provide breakfast or make sure the breakfast is edible. The eggs were cold, burnt and sitting in water. The yogurt was not cold. The coffee was not good and there was little control of the guests who attended the breakfast.

When you walk into the foyer, it smells of smoke or is musty… I then worried that the hotel might not be as clean as it advertises. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was quite pleasant but the bathroom really smelled of urine. You need non stick strips or a mat in the bath because it is very slippy when you step into it to have a shower. Lovely touch offering water, popcorn and snack… thank you. For us older folk, could you have instructions on how to turn on the TV… it took ages to figure it all out. I would return to this hotel. Breakfast was really good too. Thanks.

Smell and appearance when you walk into the foyer. Windows were dirty. My bathroom, while mainly clean smelled of urine. You say you are near the Silver City Theatres… you are about 7 mins away… false advertising. The Cinefest was on and I was attending.

Breakfast was great. There was a good variety of food. We loved our king bed room. It was pretty large and the bed was very comfortable.

Please purchase king size pillow cases or smaller pillows for the king bed. Pillow cases covered only 3/2 of the pillows. 1/3 of the pillow was not covered. It was very inconvenient.

Staff friendly and helpful breakfast was good

Honestly it was great. Started off rocky with check in but within minutes, the front desk really helped me out. You guys rock ! Thank you so much for helping us with our matter . We will never forget it.

Nothing I didnt like. Everything went well. Free breakfast was a plus.

Building, carpets, some fixtures were getting tired but still serviceable
