Location

Tired dated hotel. I booked this property because of the complementary breakfast offered by Booking.com. When I checked in I was told they do not have any breakfast service. Would have looked elsewhere had I known.

The bed was fairly comfortable

The first room we were in did not have hot water. The staff said maintenance would be in to fix it, but did not offer any other accommodations. We ended up asking for another room, and they did move us elsewhere but made sure to tell us they could charge us more for the other room- just chose not to

Staff was courteous and honest this time about closure of the restaurant being permanent and because of it there being no breakfast.

The restaurant closure being, on a previous stay, being described as temporary, but finding out upon this stay that it was indeed permanent and there was therefore no breakfast available.

"Not what I expected..."

Room was expected, having stayed there many times in the past. Lots of construction around the property, window in room so dirty you couldn't see out of it. Website indicated "Onsite dining in Nomad's Kitchen and Lounge" I had made plans to meet others in the lounge for appetizers only to find out it had been closed permanently according to front desk personnel. Reservation indicated that my stay included breakfast for 2 only to find out “We don’t serve breakfast anymore” Not what I expected or what I thought I had paid for…
