Great staff and convenient location.

Large room and night staff were friendly

The property was very dated and way over priced. There was also no hot water.

This hotel is understaffed, old, and gross. Stayed here for a baseball tournament and I will never stay here again. I will also be notifying the baseball tournament director to remove this location from their recommended stays. Our room had no hot water for two full days, our hair dryer was so old that it almost caused a fire- set off the fire alarm in the room

The location was perfect for our needs.

It feels like the building needs a little face-lift or updating to keep up with nearby competing hotels. Otherwise this place was totally fine!

Reservation was not in their system when I arrived and did not get the room I booked. They put me in a double Queen instead of a King. Im 6'6" so it is very important to get a King to be comfortable. Was also given instructions to my room location to go through the lobby. After I carried all my bags to my room 200 yards or so, I noticed thay there was an alternate entry 30 ft from my room.

Clean Room.

Finding our room was a bit confusing initially, and the parking lot was quite a distance from our assigned room. The TV did not work, the bathroom had an annoying noise from the water hammer. Upon booking nothing was mentioned about the kitchen being in renovation, same when we checked in. So the breakfast was considerably disappointing compared to expectations. Pillows were not comfortable.
