Beach front very nice view.

Upon check in no towels available inside the rooms. You need to make a call to the reception a couple of times to followup. They don’t clean the rooms and replace towels every day.

수영장과 비치가 붙어있어 이용하기 너무 좋았고 수영장 부대시설도 나쁘지 않았습니다. 워터슬라이드도 재미있었으며 호텔 외부 시설은 좋은 편이었습니다.

체크인 자체가 이해되지 않을 정도로 오래 걸렸으며 현금결제인데 카드를 결제하고 취소하는 등 매끄럽지 못했습니다. 객실 청소가 제때 이루어지지 않았으며 3박하는 동안 페이스수건을 요청해도 한번도 제공되지 않았으며 샤워타월 한번만 교체되어 불편했습니다.첫날은 아예 청소가 이루어지지 않았고 침구도 깨끗하지 않았습니다. 욕실도 노후되었으며 화장실 물도 잘 내려가지 않았으며 친환경정책으로 정수기 물과 얼음을 먹어야했으나 빈병과 커피포트 모두 그다지 깨끗하지 않았습니다. 할수없이 생수를 계속 사먹었습니다. 수영장은 썬베드가 너무 부족했고 일부 자리는 유료로 이용하게 하고 워터 슬라이드 이용 보드도 몇개 더 있으면 덜 기다리지 않을까 합니다.

스위트룸의 청소상태가 엉망이었습니다. 이전에 머물던 사람들이 먹고간 감자칩이 부스러기도 아닌 덩어리채로 식탁아래를 뒹굴고 있더군요. 또한 먼지는 구석구석 사진으로 남겨두기 힘들정도로 많이 있었습니다. 객실내부에서 음식을 먹지 않았음에도 불구하고 개미가 계속 들끓어서 결국 우리 어머니가 개미에 물렸습니다. 이 금액을 지불하고 이런일을 겪으니 어머니 생신기념 여행을 망치게 된 기분이들어 많이 속상했습니다.
