"It was a good stay at a dependable and clean hotel."

Rooms and toilets were very clean. Toiletries were L'Occitane. They also provided hard and soft pillows on each bed. Free water and ice was available on the same floor.

Furniture was showing some age. The breakfast offerings could be improved. It would have been good to provide drinks in the room. We asked if it was possible to upgrade our rooms to access the lounge which provided better food but were told it was not possible.

"眺めがとりえのホテル。窓掃除をしましょう。"

グアムで最も部屋からの眺めが良いホテル。全室オーシャンフロント。

昨年に続き、ラウンジ付きプランで宿泊。ラウンジの大きなガラス窓からウォータースライダーや海が眺められるのですが、窓が汚れていて全然見えませんでした。部屋の窓も汚れていて、自分で清掃しました。１Fのビッフェレストランの窓も汚れています。 ラウンジやレストラン会場には必要以上のスタッフがいてぷらぷらしていますが、部屋の清掃スタッフが全く足りていません。４泊しましたが、全日タオル交換とゴミの回収だけでした。それも午後の遅い時間が多いです。毎日午前中は車で泳ぎに行っていたのですが、その間のタオル交換部屋の清掃などは一切ありませんでした。
