We had a wonderful stay at the 21c museum hotel! I wish it was for longer than one night. Clean, convenient to everything, comfy bed (very important), nice, hot shower with good water pressure (important) and friendly, kind staff. Highly recommend for anyone staying in Chicago!!

Arrived to poorly lit halls leading to room. Very unpleasant smell in room. Dirty tabletops in room, trash under furniture, walls with dings & chipped paint, the “closet” was an old makeshift cabinet, robes looked like they were from GoodWill, previous guests dirty underwear in bathroom! Disgusting!!!

Staff was excellent. Able to get me in my room early and upgraded it. Parking was quick and easy. Everything is within walking distance. Room was clean and well kept.
