i dont think it was any special for the price. maybe location is good.

very expensive and the building is not the best. it isnt current for the price. TV Did not work and all you would get is sound. Called and they said they would send someone out. however it took to long and i cancelled the request because it was time to sleep.

It was a birthday trip for my son and this was his 1st time in Chicago. The staff was very friendly and courteous. They were very helpful in assisting with any questions or concerns that arose during my stay. I will be back next year.
