All the stink bugs we had to get out of the room.. towels were dirty with black stains on them.. just a nasty smell in the room that was a non smoking room..

Location is always good, is right in the middle of everything between Guntersville and Albertville. Staff is always very friendly and dodnt charge me for an early check in.

I've stayed several times here and most of the time its always pretty clean. This time, there were cigarette burns in the comforter, there were bugs in the bathroom light fixture, and the bathroom light took about 15 seconds to turn on after flipping the switch.

Lots of ants around sink area. Sketchy people in adjacent rooms. Filthy along floor boards and hair in shower and around toilet.

We booked this with an intention to stay. There was an accident on the highway. We could not get to our reservation as police re-routed traffic, we tried to cancel the reservation. They would not cancel it. They would not refund it nor would they work with us.

People outside in the night in upstairs , and smoking on stair wells. Didn't feel to safe and We don't smoke and it bothers us very badly.
