Hotel Bo, a Days Inn by Wyndham Chattanooga Downtown

We love the vibes at Hotel Bo. This is our 4th stay and we plan on coming back in September

Our room had a "sewage" smell in the bathroom

Staff was super nice. Pool was nice.

Had to pay for parking whole i stayed there. That was not in my booking information. You'd think that if you were paying to stay at the hotel parking would be free.. $12 a day was a little much. Beds were absolutely horrible. No microwave in rooms.

Location - quite OK, easy to find, short walk to the heart of the city Room - OK for a one night stay. Bed - fine Wifi - OK Parking - OK Bathroom - OK

Room - dark, no daylight if you want some privacy. Staff - no wonder they have a big chart behind the front desk instructing how to treat costumers. Alas, it seems the messages simply bounce off. Smile is probably a word that's unheard of. Moreover, apparently the hotel's policy is not to communicate and ignore questions. First time ever that I didn't get an invoice for my stay. It shouldn't really matter if I booked the room through Booking.com or not. There must be most certainly better options to stay in Chattanooga. Elevator - when it's closing the door, it's closing. No discussions. Better stay away, or you'll be crushed.

Excellent location right off of the highway. 10-15 walk to several great restaurants. Room is a good size, bed is large and comfy. Nice size refrigerator in the room.

Water pressure could be a bit better in the shower and towels a bit larger. But great value overall.

The location was good for the price we paid. It was about a mile from the Riverwalk Trail, and bike lanes and minimal traffic allowed us to navigate there safely. It was clean and felt pretty safe. The staff were friendly and helpful. The theme/decor was cute. Even considering the issues we had, we would stay again for that price at this location. It's not worth paying more when I can just pack earplugs.

They have tables set up outside for the bar, so people were out talking and laughing right outside our door until after 10pm. The music kept going beyond that, but was eventually shut off. The smoking section was also right outside our room, and the A/C unit pulled it into our room. The battery on the door lock went out during our stay, and we had to wait a few minutes on the maintenance guy to come fix it, but he was very kind and helpful. We called the front desk and specifically asked not to have housekeeping services but they came in anyway while we were gone.

Its a great place to stay.

I didn't like that we had to pay to park at the hotel when you are staying there.

No complaints. The hotel is in an excellent location. Walking distance to many restaurants, bars and activities. Perfect location to UTC for the parents. Will be back soon!!

The pool wasn’t available. The bathroom faucet leaked. The TV stopped working. There was glass in the parking lot. I reported it, but no one cleaned it up. The bar and grill didn’t open according to the posted hours.
