I appreciated the gated parking lot and restricted access at the hotel, considering its downtown location and the presence of homeless people camping nearby. The staff members were incredibly helpful.

Even though the bed had clean sheets and pillowcases, the pillows themselves had a nasty odor.

Brand new or recently remodeled spot. Mike at the front desk provided excellent and friendly service. He was helpful with the route I need to travel for work.

Sounds from the street was the only downside. The police station was across the street so sirens were pretty clear. Also street cleaning and what I assume waste removal can be heard pretty frequently during the night of my stay.

Everything from the professionalizm of staff Mike and lucky making guest feel very comfortable.

It was nothing I didn't like as everything was great

Great staff, clean and comfortable. Good location for me. Close to good restaurants and cafes, and the park opposite was great for getting some exercise.

Staff was nice.

Stockton is not really the place I would be at night. I thought it will be a nice & cheap night before my flight from SFO the next day. But mcdonalds/kfc & other drive throughs are quite scary at night there. IDK myb would be better driving to SF... The hotel was not that clean & not as new as some reviews might suggest.
