Location, friendly staff, comfortable bed.

The heater fan in our room was making squeaking sounds so I had to turn it off to sleep. Room was cold in the am. Bathroom was very cold.

Amazing location - the best part along with easy parking. Easy walk to center of Georgetown shops and restaurants and campus. Rooms are comfortable but the bathrooms are incredibly tiny and dated. Restaurant downstairs is excellent. Would be great if breakfast room service could be ordered in advance.

The bathrooms and room service could be improved. A more welcoming front desk and lobby and spaces to do some work for a few minutes or to wait for people and other guests.

Excellent location that is near many great restaurants and shops. The staff is super friendly and willing to help. They also have parking and a great valet service. Additionally, the rooms are beautiful and very spacious. Definitely the best location and hotel in DC.

The perfect location near amazing restaurants and lots of shopping. We had a great view of the Washington Monument and other DC staples. Definitely the best service and experience I've had in Georgetown! Will be coming back.
