The staff were excellent, they couldn't have done more to make our visit welcoming and comfortable.

Servicio y calidad en todo 10/10 , quedamos muy contentos , sin duda cuando volvamos a Oporto nos alojaremos de nuevo aquí.

Hotel has exelent location, staff is super friendly and helpful. Room is nice, even has a small balcony. You get basic toiletries and slippers which is nice. Breakfast is very good and diverse. They keep your luggage safe before or after check out, great plus.

Room is nice but quite small, tiny windows, no closet, just a little hanger. Bathroom could use a little touch up.

This is a beautiful hotel in the ancient heart of Porto. Our room was amazing with a high painted ceiling, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom excellent. Our welcome was lovely and I must mention Eduardo who was extremely helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and having access to coffee at any time is a nice touch. The drinks in the honesty bar were good and reasonably priced.

We stayed here for two nights. Really enjoyed the great breakfast. Lots of choices, some made order items and a great coffee machine with many different drink choices including hot chocolate. Loose tea choices as well. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were exceptional - so helpful and friendly. Very close to many things including a good restaurant just steps away. The only complaint was the beds were on the hard side and because it’s an older building, noise carries. Water is provided in the room as well as some nice amenities. A shuttle service is provided from the airport for a fee which we used and it was very efficient. We were in room 101 and loved it. Highly recommend this hotel.
