Hotel felt like a college dorm. Handicapped access was terrible. Handicapped door was kept locked. I had to enter up 2 steps and had trouble doing so. Attendant was not in cage when I arrived....I waited about 5 minutes and then knocked on the employee door in the hallway. He took great exception to my doing so and loudly and vehemently chastised me for doing so.. If my payment could have been returned, I would have left immediately.
