It was quiet, beds were comfortable

TINY rooms, you couldn't get the luggage cart in to unload, hit the desk chair trying to get to the bathroom Shower door didn't stay closed Directions to the room were ridiculous, desk clerk very unclear

Very comfortable beds/pilllows. They over booked and there were a bunch of people who showed up late and didn’t have a room. Free breakfast had rather limited offerings.

It was clean, comfortable and quiet. Also, they didn’t have enough quarters to give me change for the laundry so the night manager just washed our clothes for us in their machines! Talk about great customer service.

I enjoyed my stay, it's in a nice quiet area, clean, comfortable rooms, and very friendly staff. No complaints at all

It has been awhile since my last stay at Sleep Inn and the place has gone downhill. There is an attempt to clean, but really everything is so old it is difficult to make the place look clean. The paint is chipping from the walls, there are rough pieces of wooden finish, and even the toilet seat had been glued back together. One of the hand towels was stained, and when I got into bed one of the pillows had a dirty cover on it. I noticed there are very few people working at Sleep Inn now. I'm wondering if like so many companies in the US The Sleep Inn is suffering like so many businesses. The people were kind and helpful but it seemed like they are in an impossible situation. I am sorry to write such a negative review, but The Sleep Inn has declined.

breakfast is good, environment is quiet, service is good

Sure could use a channel guide for the tv. Lots of channels but no way of knowing which was which without going thru the whole lineup one at a time waiting for commercials to see what network was where. Ask at the front desk shortly after check in but he had no idea about what to do except to say sorry but they changed providers
