Room was nice and a good size. Maria made sure our room was always well kept. Nice view of the ocean. Complimentary breakfast had both traditional Dominican food and other options. I would recommend this hotel for your stay in Santo Domingo. It was in a safe area and everyone was always willing to help you

I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Santo Domingo for five nights on business and was thoroughly impressed. The hotel was well-equipped for work, with reliable amenities and a comfortable environment. A special mention goes to the night staff at Nabu restaurant—Brahyan (manager), Daniela (hostess), and waiters Miguel, Edward, and Frometa. Their exceptional service and professionalism made my evenings relaxing and enjoyable after long workdays.
