Love the location, clean, great staff, nice upgrades

The shower- very high-I’m short so when I step in I’m hit with cold water, the spray is strong but not a consistent spray you have to find the area in the spray that has enough spray in a clump to clean your hair.

Very clean and comfortable and they make traveling with dogs so easy with ground floor room and sliding glass doors! The full breakfast is a wonderful way to start the day! Ontario is the halfway point for a trip we take often and we’ve stayed in several hotels there. This hotel is hands down the best one!

Professional Staff and cleanliness. The staff are so welcoming and go above and beyond. We came in late (15 minutes before closing) and were hungry. The lady let us into the bar and the man tending the bar allowed us to order a quick meal. His attitude was amazing! Please keep him on! I tipped him well for staying and being so kind

The bed was not comfortable and the shower. Water went all over the floor. The bed mattress needs replacing. It was like sleeping on the springs.
