Days Inn by Wyndham Riverside Tyler Mall

What I didn't like was that me and my fiance checked into that hotel tired we had a long drive and we just wanted somewhere to crash for the night while I was looking through booking.com they had the room highlighted with the heart Jacuzzi tub so we decided to book it and then we went and we checked in about 6:30 7:00 p.m. we get room 208 immediately when we went in you can see that there was a hole in the Jacuzzi tub but from the vision from the first view of the room the bed was clean and made so you know it didn't appear that nothing was wrong right away so we put our things away and we of course we wanted to take a bath so we went to drop the bath water first of all the faucet didn't work on the the jacuzzi it ran constantly through the night and we turned it we turned the water on and we did run the water in the jacuzzi tub once we ran it and we went to try to twist the knob on the wall thinking that the knob and the switch was the one to ignite the jacuzzi tub nothing happened so we took video so that my fiance could go downstairs until p a r k a s h was the assistant down in the office when my fiance went down there and told him the situation he told us that they did not have another room available so we asked okay can we go to another facility or you know we we want what we paid for so Mr p a r k a s h told us that it was nothing he could do because we got the room from a third party so when my and he's and so my fiance came up and sit and told me just what I stated so I looked on the door and I seen that it said Days inn so I called Days inn and I proceeded to tell them what I'm telling you so I'm going to describe to you what we seen because once the Jacuzzi tub what's not working we went into the bathroom The bathroom was horrible it was not cleaned and look like somebody had took a bath and left their body fragments in the tub so I video now my fiance is a licensed electrician and handyman so he is a jack of all trades when it...

I liked the location, and it conveniences to places transportaion.

I was given an room upgrade to a king. They charged me for two rooms . And I never got . Also, they woudn't refund my money.

It was dirty in elevator and lobbies. There were a lot of homeless in the area. And in the parking lot

Like the way you had each other's back to stick to the same story with out any explanation as to what my options are. No matter the convenience to checking in online still refused to check for my reservation. Failed my weekend and relapsed for you. The prior week I had to lick your bathroom door down cause I was stuck in there without my blow.

Didn't like how this was my preferred location regardless of the ridiculous $200 hold that does nothing to the room cause you don't even check it. Then double charges for no reason when it's already paid so I'm out over $500 on a $150 room.
