It took a while to get the keys as the security guard was not expecting us. We were also sent directions to the wrong building.

GB- excellent location. - nice and quiet and relaxing. - the pool area is amazing: very clean and is ideal to sit out for hours. - room is spacious with all the facilities you need to stay there for 5-10 days.
- mould in the bathroom (on the ceiling in the vent): it’s been there for a long time. - the balcony flooded with water from somewhere else in the building as a result of a blockage - happened twice. - told me to go to Aida B13 on the messages when it is in Carmen (the other building). Took 20 mins to get to the room as a result and had to wake someone else up in B14.
GBThe pool was great we swam round and round. It was fresh but had some heating. The room was well appointed. Large shaded balcony. The basement car park was cool literally. Sigma 24 hour bakery round the corner for supplies on arrival with milk cereal and yoghurt as well. Security who had the keys staffed 24/7.
The fridge freezer disturbed our sleep with a range of ever changing noises. There are many buildings around with construction noise most of the day. One villa in the complex was having all its floors tiles broken out for all of our stay and there was an operative sanding the decking from 7AM. A cafetière would have been preferable to a Nespresso machine (for us). The hot water took an age to run warm which we felt wasteful. The solar did not appear to contribute to the heat of the water requiring 45 minutes to heat electrically. We boiled the kettle for all but showers. We could not get any TV channels.
EEThe apartment is very cozy with an amazing view on the pool and on the sea but the most important thing was the customer service I received, I did traveled a lot and all over the world but I didn’t get a better service anywhere in the world. The guys paid attention to any single details and request. Congrats
