Location and a very grand hotel Breakfast staff and gym staff-pleasant and kind

All of the front end staff not helpful to English speaking clients -I understand the language barrier but they in the service industry-The breakfast and gym staff made an effort to use Google translate- The bar staff in the main reception area on Friday evening very unhelpful-I did complain to the duty manager-It's staff like this that disappoint the overall great hotel

Hotel is exceptional -Unfortunately the front end staff are very unhelpful-I can understand the language barrier but that is not an excuse -Staff in the breakfast and gym area tried using google translate to explain In English to me For such a grand hotel -Front end staff very disappointing I will stay here again for the location but it's not a 1st choice

I appreciate this hotel for its outstanding customer service, where the staff consistently demonstrate friendliness and attentiveness to meet my needs. The amenities provided here are top-notch, especially the breakfast options. The hotel's location perfectly suits my needs, with convenient access to public transportation. The cleanliness of the rooms and the overall upkeep of the hotel contribute to a consistently comfortable stay experience.

The CONRAD staff are polite and really try their best to provide good customer service. Their English skills can be limited, but it is passable. There is a Starbucks coffee shop around the corner that opens from 7. Very clean, good shower, toilet, bed.

Does not have good view. Service is average compare to other Hilton hotels. Food in restaurant are pricy and does not worth the money. Hotel room need maintain. Front desk staff seems lazy and does not offer you a positive attitute. Breakfast food quality are poor. Location of this hotel is not really suite for tourist nor business travelers.

Located near Tianjin Tower and a small mall, shopping and dining options around the hotel are fairly limited. Hard Rock Cafe just next door. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the bedding was comfortable. Water pressure for shower was good. The 1 bedroom residence rooms are spacious with a full kitchen and washer dryer. The only downside is the 3 minute walk back to the hotel building through a public plaza. Breakfast buffet was extensive and the executive lounge tea and dinner hours had a nice spread too. The gym had a power rack and dumbbells up to 35kg each. It also had various machines and kettlebells. However there was no lat pulldown/ row machine. The weight on the cable machine was unmarked.

Clean, welcoming and reasonably priced. If you come to Tianjin, don’t look elsewhere.
