Outsourcing your Front Desk staff from Malaysia is a disaster. It shows how greedy your corporation is. Your Malaysia staff kept giving us the wrong key, and of course he couldn’t see that the door didn’t work.

Your greedy corporation tactics, your local staff hates it too. Your corporation clearly puts profits above quality or service.

We did not get to have breakfast, due our journey, and the location was excellent, although I did leave a nightlight in the bathroom which I forgot about it 😌

Upon the arrival there was no one there, I was texted I could check in upon my arrival and just to come in and get the key, Well not true, when I went in to get the key, afterwards someone popped up in a kiosk requesting all my credentials again, so what was the purpose for checking in on my phone 🤨

the staff member at the front desk went out of their way to be helpful.

I did not like the virtual check in kiosk. Please do not use. If I encounter one at one of your properties again I will no longer stay at one of your properties. Than you.

Clean room and Bishop was a very friendly town

Breakfast didnt have as much variety as other hotels

Was able to check in after 10 pm. It was quiet over night.

Had to use a kiosk to interface with human to check in. It took a very long time. Software was not working well; multiple attempts to sign my name on screen. Very frustrating, especially after long drive over the mountains at night. Also heater wasn't working in room; it made a terrible sound since cowling was loose. Had to warm up room and then turn it off for the night. Thankfully I had a blanket in my car which helped keep me warm thru the night.
