3-4人の家族向け滞在にちょうど良いサイズです。難点は、メンテナンス不足。①階段の照明がつかない→修理の梯子がないとの回答。②カーテンがレールから外れている→直せないとの回答。③カーテンが固定式が開かない→日照を遮るためとの回答。④キッチンの照明がつかない→修理の特別な器具がないとの回答。⑤シャワーヘッドが固定出来ない、シャワーからの水漏れが止まらない→専門家を呼ばないと修理できないとの回答。⑥電気ケトルに悪臭→別品に交換。又、カーテンの下、ベッド脇から前の宿泊者のものと思われる弁当ゴミが出てきており唖然。入居時に設備へのダメージ補修用にC$300の前金を納入。退去時にダメージがなければ返金というシステムですが、この返金に12営業日要しています。返金手配、忘れていた様子で必ずPushする必要あります。

"Great place, leaky shower head"

Nice clean apartment. Very comfortable bed and the air conditioning works very well which was great because it was very hot on the top floor of the building. Only criticism is that the shower head leaks and so getting a full pressure shower is not possible.
