"Exceptional"

Spacious room with two big beds. A nice balcony with a cracking runway view, it was amazing to sit and watch planes with my kids for hours.

Breakfast was a little poor. It was great that it was served until 11am. As we were only there due to a missed connecting flight and our new flight wasn't until 18:15 the next day, so we thought we'd get breakfast as late as we could so then we wouldnt be hungry sat in the airport. We went down for around 10:15 but there wasn't really much left, which was a bit disappointing. They were very short on cutlery, cups and glasses too which did take a while to be replaced. Only other gripe is the tipping situation. Yes I understand in the USA waiters/waitresses rely on tips to a certain degree but it was a buffet breakfast, why am I tipping someone when we gathered our own food and drinks. The only thing the waiter actually needed to do was go and get our breakfast tickets as they weren't given to us at reception, but, again that's on the hotel not on me so I shouldn't really have been asked for a tip on the receipt. I also appreciate you may say I didn't have too but us Brits are told it is heavily frowned upon to not tip so we felt obliged. Staff were friendly enough though and this is no way a dig at them but I certainly don't think a buffet breakfast requires tipping the servers.

Cornethia at the front desk was sweet and awesome. The room was comfortable, and the beds were very cozy. We had a balcony room with a view of the runway and it was the highlight - just standing outside watching the planes go by. Breakfast was good. Every staff member we passed was friendly and courteous. Would stay again.

Was a great stay overall. Close to the terminals for an early morning check-in or flight.

If I have to nitpick then it would be that they do not provide a shuttle service directly to the international terminal.
