MC Pacific Inn & Suites

I didn't like the fact that I was told by the general manager that the suite I got was only for 4 people but we were 5 and I specifically put on my request on Expedia.Com that I have 3 adults and 2 children. Then the first day we came in I complained about the TV not working, I called it in and they said they will send someone to come in but they never did. I called again our second day and someone finally came in the late afternoon and fixed it. I am not fully satisfied at all. I think Expedia and this hotel facility should get together and communicate more effectively about how many people are allowed to stay in each suite and not have to give their paying customers a hard time about their own mistakes and miscommunication.

The room smelled...very strong cigarette odor, outside the hotel looked dirty. The pictures of the hotel did not match the actual room. Rooms in hotels.com had a couch, when in actuality it had a weird bench. The walls had a some dark splatter from who knows what. The counter tops and furniture was not the same as the picture. Found a razor on the ground on the walkway.

I know this place many years back, I would recommend it for short stay with reasonable prices .

We walked theough the door to a puddle of water on the floor as there was a leak coming from the ceiling, there was pockets of water also on the ceiling. There was a bullet hole in the patio door, the smoke alarm had wires coming out from it, and we were right by the large air conditioning unit which was located outside but would go off every 10 minutes or so with a very loud humming sound. The view was of a car port roof! I do have video footage of this if needed. But I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all. The staff were friendly enough but that doesn’t make up for the fact the hotel was unsafe!
