Everything except for the location. Staff are rude, room was exceptionally deplorable & nasty. No blinds on window. Water leaking onto floor everywhere. ROACHES! Tv didn't work, no wifi (false advertisement by the way), couldn't get Internet on my phone, ect, ect, ect... Roac

I didnt have a blanket, pillow, no cable,no wifi,no shower curtain and no towels or wash cloth, and when I asked for the items she gave me a attitude and she was on her phone while me and 3 other people was waiting

Nothing - terrible experience - did feel comfortable - staff starting with management terrible rude evil - unprofessional - please don't close down because people need somewhere to live - please but I can never stay there - ever 😭

Actually, not much

The staff didn’t care whether something was working in the room or not they totally ignored any request that you made or ignored would even be better way of putting it. They were simply terrible.

Nothing place a dirty very loud .

Dirty, very lous screaming when I got there neighbor fighting seen roaches as soon. As I opened the door to the room . Fro t desk attendant stayed on the phone the whole time she was checking me in which I thought was very disrespectful . I went to my room key did not work. Went back down to the desk to let her know she got mad, and followed me back to the room and she seen that the key did not work, she tried her and did not work either. So she put a device on the door to get her key to work. And she told me to try my key which did not work .then she told me that she would go back down to try to get my key to work . I told her will not pay for a room I can not get in and out of she got mad and was rude. I did not stay at this place very dirty.

The property had people seating outside on the steps doing drugs then drug deals was happening in the parking lot! Property said they had a double room and once getting key for the room it wasn’t a double room! The room didn’t have a door on the bathroom and it didn’t have a lock on the door to keep people out. Then I went to the front desk to complain there wasn’t any other option but to find somewhere else to stay. I asked for a refund and they refused!
