The room was freezing, shower was freezing, bathroom faucet barely turned on, restaurant was not great, food was ok, room was sort of clean, elevator barely fit the luggage cart.

our recent stay was absolutely terrifying. My wife and I drove five hours, excited to spend a night away together, only to face a nightmare instead. During the night, someone tried to break into our locked hotel room. We were overwhelmed with fear and couldn't sleep at all. We repeatedly called the front desk for assistance, hoping they could check the video footage or provide some reassurance, but it felt like we were completely ignored. What was meant to be a relaxing getaway turned into a traumatic experience that left us feeling unsafe and unsettled. We paid a significant amount for our stay, but ultimately it felt like a waste. I hope they take serious measures to ensure this doesn’t happen to anyone else. We certainly won't be returning.

Location was Central, sandwiched between the Entrance and Exits of Edmonton ( The gateway boulevard & Calgary trail) Nice big parking lot with easy access to building, elevator and floors. The room was clean and with all basic amenities. Balcony was a great addition, which most modern hotel architecture dont offer. The evening checking staff were Nice, ( My first point of contact on property, the lady and the guy) the morning staff were professionals and overnight staff were just bodies there to fill the seats.

Coming across aggressive homeless population housed at the hotel, getting in the elevators with their bicycles, smoking on property, which caused the Fire Alarm to go off on my first night. Fire Alarm was so LOUD, installed above the bed, that it caused ringing in my ears, which took several hours to go away..
