"A lovely experience all around"

We were traveling with AMAWaterways. AMA never fails to choose quality accommodations. The St. Regis staff, service, and ground were beautiful! We also enjoyed the traditional opening of the champagne on the Grand staircase.

One night stay. Gracious welcome from staff. Upper floor room with a city view. Spacious room is beautifully appointed. Good lighting. Excellent massage at Iridium Spa. Last night of a month-long trip, a special treat. Jesika is an excellent masseuse. Nice pool nestled on an outdoor terrace with attentive staff. Only negative is the repetitive churning music which is too loud (& not my taste, therefore not relaxing.) Bottled water provided.

The bedrooms, breakfast, the staff, the decor and location: basically everything!! Had the comfiest sleep ever with their bedding. Lana from guest relations is exceptional I hope the property management knows she’s a star!
