I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and overall, the experience is very positive, But there is an issue! The location is excellent, situated in a very upscale and pleasant area of Amman. From the moment we arrived on the first day, everything was wonderful, especially the service provided by the staff. Breakfast was also outstanding, with great quality and variety. However, an issue occurred on the second day that was disappointing. I left the room at around 12:00 PM and returned at approximately 2:30 PM, expecting the room to be cleaned. Unfortunately, it was not. I contacted housekeeping and requested cleaning as soon as possible, but even after waiting for an additional hour, the room was still not cleaned. This was quite disappointing, especially for a five-star hotel. I genuinely feel sad to mention this negative point, as the positives clearly outweigh the negatives. However, I believe that constructive feedback is important to help improve the service and maintain the high standards expected from a hotel of this level.

The suite was excellent, and the bed was very comfortable, making the stay relaxing and enjoyable

Room was beautiful , staff were exceedingly polite and helpful. The Jordanian people went outbound to give us a little bit of home with their Christmas trees and even a foyer Christmas market

I’m not sure why it seems impossible to use hairdryer in bathrooms
