Lough Inagh Lodge Hotel

The hotel was on the shores of Lough Inagh but very central to the sights of Connemara. All were within a short driving distance. The room was out of this world with an amazing view of the lake. All the staff were exceptionally helpful and the meals were excellent.

There was nothing we did not like.

Wish now had the smoked salmon for breakfast but I just wasn’t hungry as had a large dinner night before. Their chef is amazing and please have their catch of the day…sells out quick!

I wish there was inscent sticks or something to get rid of midges in the garden area

Loved it! Absolutely beautiful surrounding. It made our first night in Ireland fantastic. A true Irish experience.

This hotel is in a beautiful, quiet location overlooking a lake. The hotel is nice enough, and the staff is very kind and friendly, and eager to please. I just think it needs to be modernized. I’m sure many guests like to feel like they are stepping back in time, but everything was getting too dated. It kind of feels like going to grandma’s house. I also think it would be nice if there were some walking paths, kayaks or canoes to use. It has a lot of potential with some TLC. that’s just my personal opinion.

Peace and quiet, genuinely friendly and helpful staff, superb food and restaurant staff, Dominick and Andrea, went out of their way to be helpful, fabulous bedroom with lots of space and beautiful views. Extremely relaxing hotel. Warm and homely feel. Very spacious bathroom with separate changing area. Everything was spotlessly clean. All bed clothes , towels and linen of a really high standard and such a luxurious feeling. Maire, the owner is a very nice lady always ensuring that every detail is provided for. We most definitely will return as soon as we can. We love it that this beautiful tranquil lodge is dog friendly.

We loved everything. I can't understand why anyone could find fault with this hotel.

The hotel was beautiful and staff were so friendly. Food we had on both nights was amazing. No negatives. Would stay again.
