The pool area needed work. Its an indoor pool that needed the AC fixed. It was a sauna in there. Also the bottom of the pool looked like it had mildew on it.

It was ok. The front desk was slightly rude upon check in, but no other issues. Largest issue is the amount of mold in the shower, the mildew all over in the pool room, and the pool room bathroom being out of order.

Last time we stayed here was great! Will definitely be staying again bc my girlfriend’s family lives in Glasgow. This time the main complaint is the the shower didn’t work. The pulley that switches it from bath to shower didn’t budge even slightly. The one bath I took I was forced to kneel in the bath

There was nothing I didn't like. I would recommend anyone to stay there.

Easy to get to!

They tell you one price on the phone to reserve a room and then it's changed and 100 is added on to it! The pool smelled like a swamp instead of chlorine. Dead roaches in our room. I woke up at 5 in the morning and I heard water running. The commode had busted sometimes through the night. Had half an inch of water in the room. I tried to call the office from the phone in the room, it doesn't have any cord and is not plugged up! Went to the office and no one was in the office, I rang the bell, no answer, tried to go out the front door to make the bell ring, the front door was locked!!!!!! I had to call from my phone. I turned off the water to the commode while I waited for them. I got soaked!!!!!!! They show up and start cleaning it up! Didn't offer to put us in another room while they cleaned. We had to sit on the bed till they finally got it cleaned up, 35 minutes later!!!! When I check out at 6:20 I ask if I could get a discount or something for the water problem, it's an accident was all I was told. I never got an apology for the inconvenience of the whole situation!!!! This is the worst place to stay!!!!! If you ever think about staying here, think again!!!!

This roach motel charged my debit card $348 for a 2 night stay. The $100 "deposit" is not refunded after check out! Avoid!

Chose this property due to proximity to venue and online pics with high ratings. Although room matched up with online pics posted, not much else deserved any respectable rating. Seems like an older hotel that may have or has recently undergone some updating. Carpet throughout walkways and rooms looked newer. To just look at the room, it also looked kempt. Had to provide the clerk with all registration requirements that were previousy sent, via the registration link, they sent me before I left. So,all my private info...card, license, picture, vehicle license...that information went where? Clerk stated they don't see that info.??? Clerk was new and had not been trained properly. She was very nice. Communication issues with a gentleman who spoke very little English. He ended up walking out and leaving. She left desk unattended to run out to parking lot, to give him back his ID. Gave out one room card to a two adult room. Again, lack of training. She was calm under pressure and very nice. Upon gathering our things to leave, we noticed semen stains on the dark platform underneath the mattress. We also had a visit from the resident roach. Just gross!!!

The bathroom was very dirty, hair piled up in the floor corners and found (2) crickets on the same floor the next morning, the air conditioner was so loud kicking in and out that it kept us up most of the night…

Loved the indoor pool part since it was raining during my trip

The extra charge for housekeeping I didn’t get tho but would have been nice to have clean sheets after a couple of days and not have to pay and extra fee for that.
