Location, close to the venues.

Location, though we liked the location we didn’t know the bars played music til 3am. Also we had no cold water in our room and the noise machine did not work.

Location

There was blood on my sheets the first night, when I got there, they said I didn’t have a booking reservation and charged me an additional $700 and housekeeping only cleaned my room on my second to last day when I made a comment in the elevator in front of one about how my room had not been cleaned in five days

Amazing location and great decor. Cleaning smelled nice. Staff all so friendly. Great storing abilities for luggage’s.

We always stay at the moxy every year in April for our wedding anniversary. Tyler the bartender is wonderful.

I hope u will come up with a system for returning guests that have discounts.

The location was perfect, we were able to walk to everything we wanted to do

The check in/out process. Apparently they put us in the wrong room at check in, when we went to check out the guy said we were good to go and said he would email the receipt to us We never received the receipt, instead got a phone call as to why we hadn't checked out, we checked out at 10am. So now it looks as if they charged us a late check out charge. We were given keys for room 609 and they told us as on our drive home we were listed in another room and there were still items in the room. I haven't heard back from them regarding this issue, nor have I gotten a receipt.
