This hotel was a very disappointing experience. The descriptions on the website are completely inaccurate and misleading. The bathroom had multiple issues—water was leaking, the toilet water was shut off in the morning, and the ceiling/fixtures looked broken and poorly maintained. The microwave was filthy, rusted, full of stains, and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. I also asked for the TV volume to be fixed, but no one ever addressed it. The breakfast was very disappointing. There was absolutely no variety and no real food options—no meat, no eggs, no fruit, nothing with protein at all. All they had was cereal, waffles, and coffee, which feels extremely cheap and not worth advertising as “breakfast included.” It’s basically not a balanced meal.On top of that, I asked to speak with the manager about these issues, but he never reached out. Even worse, Booking.com stated they would contact me within 24 hours regarding my property complaint, yet they never followed up or responded to my concerns.The lack of responsiveness and care from management shows how little they value their guests. I would not recommend this property at all.

I did not like nothing about this hotel

I didn't like that people lived there the rooms smelled bad the paint and stains on the walls, sheets and beds. Dead bugs on the floor. They yet have not refunded my money back after front desk said I would get a refund. Its been over 2months.

I didn’t like anything about the actual room once I checked in. The online description is very generous about the amenities and the photos are not current photos.

I didn’t like expecting the room to look decent but in person it was a literal roach motel. I understand that the price of $37 dollars per night would have been an indication that it was too good to be true. However, in comparison to the other hotels in the same area they all had the same price. I felt that it was a good chance that the hotel would be as described. I was sadly disappointed to see that large family of cockroaches were already residing in the room and they had extended family staying as well. The roaches were crawling out of different places and up the walls and on the ceiling. I kindly went to the from desk and spoke with the clerk who wasn’t phased about my concerns with roaches along with the uncleanliness of the room. There was a dirty Q-tip on the floor as soon as you entered along with dirt and hair in the corners. The bathroom was very dirty and aesthetically unpleasant. The few towels that were in the bathroom were very thin and dingy. The linens have seen better days. I didn’t sleep in the bed or at all for that matter because I was just watching the roaches travel through the room and it was uncomfortable. I made every effort to be moved to another room but the clerk was only able to inform me that he would speak to the manager at 10 am and they would let me know what they could do about this situation. I told the guy that check out was at 11 am and that was not acceptable. He proceeded to say that he thought he might have an empty room near the one I was in but he needed to see if it was clean and would let me know the outcome. I never saw the guy again. I wasn’t rude or disrespectful about the inconvenience but I find it very disheartening that the guy was not at all helpful to me and he was not trying to help me at all. He’s clearly in that position to collect a paycheck,nothing more nothing less. I want to mention that the description says the room has a coffee pot but it doesn’t.

The owner of the property checked me in and he was very friendly and accommodating. I had a quick and easy time with check in and check out. No hassles

Booked a room for 8 days with a kitchen. I expected it to be like the internet. Unfortunately it was so filthy blood on the walls, bugs everwhere, stained bed spread and yellow sheets. Doors didnt lock. It was the worst ive ever seen in my life. I will report. Breakfast was super unsanitary. Yuck! Ended up in a regular room, which i had to go soend $100 on cleaning products so i could even stay one night. Not happy at all!
