Bed bugs, roaches everwhere, stains in the blankets and sheets. Cigarette ashes all over the bed. A half smoked joint under my pillow. We got out immediately and asked for a refund and he said no. He said I told you to check out the room it’s the last one we had and the worst it’s very dirty he said

I did not eat breakfast there. Older desk clerk was awful woman!

I was there to relax. They put me next to people with child who screamed and they had two dogs constantly barking.

"The person that checked me in was really nice but the room and experience was horrible"

The breakfast could have been better there was nothing there but waffle mix, the juice machine was broken, the ice machine was broken, the room smelled of cigarettes, the tub was dirty and chipped really bad, & the sink knob barely worked it was very loose !!!!! There was no water in the pool it was horrible!!!! And they said I had to wait for extra bathing towels until room service came and she never came !!!
