Stayed 3 nights here and while the hotel is maybe a little dated the stay was very good with the front desk staff excellent to work with. They helped us with selecting places to eat and see and did it gladly. The breakfast staff was good. I would definitly stay here again.

The key card worked

The night front desk person was less than helpful dealing with a booking mix-up. We had to take wet towels down to the desk to get fresh ones. The beds were never made, nor the trash removed in three days. I had a "three egg" omelet which was completely white, no discernable yolk.

The staff was excellent...especially in the bar.

I received a call at 11pm from the front desk saying there was a “noise complaint” from my room when my neighbors tv was on max. Then at 5:30 am this same room is blasting Glorilla mo money mo problems. But the sexist receptionist only called me room cause we were laughing and talking. When they’re blasting a tv and music. Idk if Alabama knows about equality or if they stand for sexism but I will never stay in a hate filled place like that again. 0/10 TRASH

Great location, safe, clean and close to the convention center. The view from the room was phenomenal on the 17th floor

The buffet was out of food when we got down there, it ended up getting refilled fairly quickly though. Our waitress was amazing. The cleaning woman who was cleaning the banquet room on the 17th floor was so sweet and showed us around d the room telling us stories of the room and the building. Great staff!
