Breakfast was so so Could have been a little better setup

Ac system in room was horrible. Buttons broke. The mattresses were horrible. The floors felt dirty there was crap in the sink

Our room was very dirty, cleanliness is not a top priority. I will never stay at this location again.

Staff was friendly and accomodating. Room was clean and comfortable. Our main frustration was that they seem to be owned/operated by someone who is cheap to an extreme. I'm sensitive to the general waste in hotels and would prefer there was less... but this was obnoxious. We didnt have any more soap in the room and had to ask for it and got small disposable ones. If you asked for more towels they wanted you to bring your dirty ones to the desk. The breakfast was good but they would put out just enough of certain items for who they saw and you had to ask for more. You have to get ice from the front desk but they told they couldn't fill a small soft cooler. Its fine to try to conserve more than most but it became annoying and frustrating.

Room was falling apart, but the desk Manager was so helpful and nice.

Great value for the price. Room was very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. I'd stay there again.

If I could give you a zero I would. How this hotel has so many good reviews is beyond me. The room was disgusting. There was a nice big long hairball under one of the bedspreads, there was dirt on the end of the other bed. The air conditioner unit most definitely hadn’t been dusted in several years. The bathroom mirror was smeary and the tub had hair and dirt in it. It was as if they just put new towels in there and called it a day. I was in the room for less than 5 minutes. The receptionist, when my daughter and I went back to the desk, asked to be shown the condition of the room. She then offered to give me another room. She went with me to the second room that wasn’t any better than the first. The beds didn’t look like the bedding had been washed and I asked if they had, but she just said the rooms are inspected after they are cleaned. Obviously they don’t. I checked the bathroom in this room and couldn’t get past the dried on water spots half way up the mirror. I said this hasn’t been cleaned and she said “look…. There’s new soap and towels. Maybe she forgot the mirror.” I don’t know how anyone can sleep in that so we left and went to a different hotel. I didn’t get any pictures. I was horrified that this was even happening and didn’t think to take any. They don’t want to refund my money and won’t respond to booking. They send me a receipt for my stay and want to pretend I stayed the night in their hotel. Never again will I attempt a stay at any Baymont.
