It’s an old building so anyone above walking or moving anything on the wood floors you will hear and sometimes it’s pretty loud. There is a lot of street noise.

Best breakfast of our two week holiday.

Clearer sign marking entrance and post address for GPS would have been helpful.

Beautiful historical house and gardens. Lovely bedroom. Michael was also a great host.

Wonderful, historic, heritage building, lovingly restored. The walls are bedecked with an extraordinary collection of historic portaits of family members, many related to a speaker of the Irish House of Commons from the 18th century, John Foster whose family lived in the house. Beautiful gardens.

The house roof is being re-done. So there was some scaffolding up. This should be finished shortly.

Everything about our stay was impeccable! The gardens were absolutely magnificent, the house was beautifully decorated. It was such a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. Our host was truly exceptional- warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. We enjoyed the house so much that we actually canceled our plans to visit the local attractions just to spend more time relaxing in the wonderful rooms and soaking in the serene setting.
