Baymont Inn & Suites by Wyndham Holbrook

This was a full-blown baddie. Online, the web shows it has having a "hot tub". It isn't. While not cold, it's barely tepid. Digital Deception! Next, there's a piece of facial tissue jammed into the door where the peephole had been. And, there were holes drilled into the top of the cabinet! Finally, let's talk about the "breakfast". I don't know what Continent the "Continental Breakfast" represents. But, it must be malnourished. No meat offered. The bagels and bread seemed to be a grudging afterthought. Not only will I not be staying here again, but I'm going to think twice before I ever stay at a Wyndham brand again.

This is the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed at in my life! Got there late. I had a lot of luggage unpacked and then went to the restroom to find a extremely dirty toilet seat. The carpet in the halls and the room were absolutely disgusting! We checked out within an hour and a half. The next morning at the hotel we say that in Winslow Arizona the county inspector was there checking on their hotel. He gave me a number and I called and put a formal complaint into the county health department about how dirty and filthy it was! Don't ever stay there.

We checked in, walked into the room and was greeted by the filthiest carpet I have ever seen! Stains everywhere. As we continued looking, and it looked as if they had not cleaned behind the nightstands in forever, dust an inch thick there and along the carpet near the wall and under the chairs! We then lifted the toilet lid and oh my goodness, there was something dark on the toilet seat! We packed up and began loading the car and the owner cane out and began arguing with us that the room was clean because she cleaned it herself! We did nit ask for our money, we just wanted out of there. When we informed her of that, she said you’re just doing that so you can call Wyndam and tell them we didn’t refund your money. Absolute craziness. We finally had to tell her we were not going to stand here at midnight and argue with her about how dirty that room was. Rude! I would not let my dog stay in that hotel!

Awesome staff! They were kind friendly and super accommodating. Continental breakfast. Clean & comfortable rooms. Would absolutely recommend and stay again.

I was greeted by extremely gracious host (Meenaben) upon checking in, very down to earth and friendly, making sure I had everything I needed, the room and the property were perfect, extremely good value in a very good location, I’ll stay there again when I pass through!

The room was not cleaned uo to Wyndham standards. The bathroom was dirty (public hair on toilet, used soap in shower) and the carpet had a wet/sour smell. Breakfast was frozen breakfast sandwiches or cereal... no fruit, no yogurt. I was definitely disappointed.
