Nice hot hot tub! Kids loved the pool! Staff was very nice and accommodating to our needs. Workout room was perfect for what we were looking for. No elevator so make sure you book on the first floor. Has a grill also a plus. Actually very quiet too

Room was excellent. I upgraded to a room with a sofa for a minimal fee. Everything in excellent shape. Very comfortable room and nice staff. I hope to return to Canyon de Chelly in the fall - about 100 miles away - and plan to stay at Baymont Inn and just drive to the canyon and back.

Friendly staff, clean room, decent breakfast (the standard, although for the 'hot' food, had to heat the breakfast sandwich, corn dog sausages yourself), . Comfortable beds, overfull pillows... For those that liked more flat pillows had a hard time finding one. We checked in late and the tv remote buttons did not all work, I'm sure we could have got a replacement one, but it was too late in the night for us to deal with that.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would certainly recommend Baymont Inn & Suites to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in Holbrook.

This was a perfect stay for us on our road trip to Phoenix. The room was clean and comfortable. Some minor cleaning on baseboards and base of door would be good - black marks could be cleaned or painted - which would be enough to make it 5 stars. The room was not carpeted, which I love, as it is cleaner. We were on the freeway side, but it was not at all noisy. Walls are thin, so you might hear neighbors. Obviously dog friendly place, lots of cute and well behaved dogs around and outdoor areas were clean. We walked to dinner at Aliberto’s, and there are many restaurants and fast food close by. Price was decent for 2025. All in all, a nice stay.

Friendly front desk when checking in. Room was clean. Comfortable beds. Close to several restaurants, we walked over, which was nice after driving for several hours. Reasonable price. Good coffee in the room, always appreciated. Thank you!
