Hotel was great, there was some confusion upon checking in as the price we were charged ended up being more expensive than what we had booked for but luckily wasn’t by a lot. Breakfast was good, the buffet wasn’t operational the one day so they gave us menu item but food was still good.

Had problems with my key card but managed resolved it.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Room could have much tidier upon arrival - candy wrapper on floor in bathroom (which remained the entire stay) and something that looked like a chiclet on floor in room. Furniture was banged up, beds were soft and everything needed a refresh. View from room was literally a dingy parking lot and garbage dumpster. Hallways were very dark with motion detector lights, stained carpeting and felt creepy. Best thing about hotel location/proximity to WEM but you can do better on this strip in terms of value and cleanliness.

Property is in desperate need of renovations. Random appliances strewn the hallways all weekend. Not sure what that was about

Wifi very slow esp if your room is at the 3rd flr. Very weak

Place was clean, good parking, safe and the complimentary breakfast was next level amazing, all hotels need to mimic this kind of quality service

I stayed here for the weekend and was extremely disappointed. • Room & Cleanliness: The room and mattress had a strange odor, and the furniture was dusty. The bathroom was tiny—only one person could fit at a time—and there were hairs on the shower wall and curtain, which was disgusting. • Noise & Comfort: The walls that were advertised as “stone” were actually cinder blocks. You could hear people outside constantly unless the loud AC was on to drown out the noise. • Breakfast: The “amazing breakfast buffet” mentioned in reviews was very sad—only one fruit, one type of egg, one protein, and pancakes. No pastries, muffins, or cereal. Quality was poor, and the restaurant walls were sticky with what I hope was syrup. • Customer Service & Maintenance: Some of the staff were indifferent. I reported a sticky spill in the elevator, and four hours later when I checked out, it was still there. I didn’t expect a luxury experience, but basic cleanliness is not too much to ask. I will not be returning
