Excellent stay, with very comfortable accommodation, nice location and kind, helpful staff.

Stayed for work, great base, peaceful and private

Had an absolutely fantastic stay. Ashley (the owner) was so friendly and welcoming and so was his staff. The lodge was perfect and was fully equipt - even had a dishwasher! Basic food items were provided too including a bottle of milk in the fridge! Beautiful grounds which my partner and I enjoyed from our own little patio. We loved every minute of our stay here and will definitely be coming back.

We couldn't fault this - from the welcome, through a comfortable sleep to a friendly great breakfast. Lovely place, well-run, perfectly clean, and very friendly. The views from the rooms are extensive, yet it's a short walk to a very acceptable pub with good beer and meals. Definitely one to go back to.

Great location, although access is via a very narrow single carriageway road but only for 1/2 mile. Spacious accommodation and lots to do locally.
