Fantastic little hotel, feels like you have a giant villa to yourself! Highly recommend! Staff were friendly, lots of amenities provided, including a solid free breakfast. Stay here when visiting Sayulita!

"Mixed feelings"

This is my second time here. The hotel is very well located and the view is amazing with the infinity pool which is a nice to have.

This time the service was unsatisfactory. The first night we didn’t have hot water and I have texted the WhatsApp number to inform them of the disagreement. No excuses were and they have reviewed and only fixed the issue the next day. The second day, after spending the whole day outside of the hotel, we came back to a room that was not made and towels not changed. I have again texted the number and they asked if a sign was put outside the room, which was the case. They then answered that the person in charge of the cleaning did not come to work on this day. Still No excuses, no commercial gesture were wade. I then said that we haven’t been notified of this the whole day and we’re now back to our room with no clean towels. They then said they would send clean towels in the following 30mins. Still no apologies regarding this inconvenience. We did not feel valued as customers. It is supposed to be hotel with a certain standing regarding the prices and the way it is advertised but this time, the service left much to be desired.

"We loved our warm escape with a relaxed atmosphere. Just like the photos!"

Such amazing hosts that made you feel at home. We loved that we could do yoga, enjoy breakfast and lounge as we liked. It is a quick 5-10 minute walk into town (keep in mind it is a hill)
