I didn’t like it

I arrived, the front desk person wasn’t the most friendly of all. Nothing bad, he just wasn’t too inviting. When I arrived to my room, there were about 8 teenagers just sitting in the hallway on their phones, some shirtless. This was very 3rd world vibe and sketchy. Then the door to my room didn’t open so I had to go downstairs and tell the front desk guy. He had to come up and open it for me (apparently I had to turn the door knob down and then up which doesn’t make sense).

Great location, we were going to hard rock stadium. It was 18 minutes at most. Also dolphin mall was close as well. Clean rooms with microwave and fridge. 24 hour coffee and good service.

The key would not work. I had to take it many times to the front desk to configure it again, until they changed de key. But the doorknob would take forever for the green light to open, I think the hotel has to upgrade the doorknobs. Also the elevators are a little bit to old and take forever in the morning

We stayed at this hotel as a family of four and had a great overall experience. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The buffet breakfast was good — while the variety was slightly limited, it was still more than enough to start the day well. One big plus is the free parking, which made things very convenient. The hotel also has a gym and swimming pool, although we didn’t have time to use them during our stay. Another nice touch was the availability of free ice and cold water. I would definitely recommend having a car if you plan to stay here, as it makes getting around much easier. Overall, a great hotel and a solid choice for a comfortable stay.
