O hotel fica a aproximadamente 300m do centro, dá para ir caminhando em 5 minutos. Fica na entrada de uma comunidade (favela), há muito barulho na vizinhança. Sábado por volta da meia noite teve funk tocando até de madrugada. A cama de casal é bem apertada. Tem estacionamento fechado. Banheiro é apertado. Café da manhã muito bom. Hotel é novo.
