L'emplacement est très bien, produits variés ,sucré où salé selon ses envies

Pour un très court séjour c'était très bien mais pour plusieurs jours la chambre est très étroite

Emplacement idéal à mi chemin entre la gare SNCF et la cité de Carcassonne . Bon petit déjeuner

Chambre petite , sans confort et salle de bain exiguë et mal éclairée. Absence de prise de courant au niveau des chevets. Lit pas confortable avec surmatelas instable et alèse qui fait beaucoup de bruit dès qu'on bouge . Environnement bruyant. On ne comprend pas pourquoi cet hôtel est classé 3*.

"Worst Stay In France"

Worst Accor stay as Diamond Cons: Unfriendly check-in by Victoria. Flickering bedside light, blown wall light, defective switch. Have photos and videos. Dirty floors on arrival + after cleaning. Told by Victoria to "accept" faulty switch. Pros: Excellent location, castle at the back. Julie + Veronique fixed lights but workman left debris on side table. Veronique was friendly and helpful. Allowed to use hotel fridge. Verdict: Will not return or recommend.

El desayuno es completo, ningún problema. Lo escogimos por la flexibilidad en el checking, ya que llegamos a las 21 horas y muchos alojamientos de la zona no lo permiten tan tarde

Las instalaciones están viejas. No hay apenas luz en el baño y escasa en la habitación. Habitación muy pequeña y fea. El cuarto de baño olía fatal y es viejo, cutre. El pasillo estaba sucio.
