Tam coc Paradise Homestay

Llegué con mi pareja a este lugar en búsqueda de algo auténtico y local, y dimos en la tecla. Los dueños son una familia que trabajan sin parar para brindar la mejor atención y además son tan amables. Irnos después de 4 días fue hasta triste, es que nos lo pasamos genial. La habitación súper cómoda, nos alquilaron la moto a excelente precio, nos ayudaron con el transfer a nuestro siguiente destino y hasta vino con nosotros a la estación para asegurarse que subiéramos a tiempo y en el bus correcto. Que tuviera piscina fue un plus porque hacían 37 grados mientras estuvimos. Y el desayuno está hecho por la familia con tanto cariño. Ubicación perfecta, céntrico pero no en el medio del lío.

Property was in an excellent central location, everything within walking distance and the tourist attractions on offer were accessible by bike - they had both bicycles and motorbikes to rent as a very good price. The breakfast was delicious every day with our favourite being the ginger and honey tea too!! The owner went above and beyond for me as I lost an item at my last destination and he helped me by contacting them and translating in Vietnamese for me to thankfully get it returned!! He was so exceptionally kind as were his lovely family. They have lots of activities, taxis etc that can all be booked via them which I would recommend also. The rooms were very spacious also.

Such a lovely homestay, owners were so welcoming and friendly. A real family feel! Couldn’t recommend this place more. Best home stay we stayed in Vietnam, garden rooms are lovely.

The family who own the homestay were so friendly and helpful! They went above and beyond for me. The room was clean and spacious and central but tucked away down a little road so you didn’t hear any road noise. If I ever came back to Ninh Binh I would definitely stay again! Thank you for everything!

We checked in at 20:30 and picked which room we wanted on the bottom floor. Owner shared some information about that main attractions and costs and offered some information about various tours he can help book. Room was great. Nice big window. Good amount of flat top space for putting items down. Bed was good firmness. AC/heater worked perfectly. Refrigerator also good. Bathroom water heater provided two hot showers if you stop water usage when scrubbing. The homestay is very pretty with lots of stone and plants around. There is also seating outside the room as well. Breakfast was the highlight. The iced coffee, mango juice, Vietnam tea, and ginger tea were all super tasty. Same for the pancakes and omelettes. Special thanks to the owner for sitting outside with us at 22:00 the night before checkout to find and book two bus tickets out of Ninh Binh. Never had an owner do that before.

One minor issue was that the bed duvet had two red stains on it. Stubborn stains I assume.

I proprietari sono delle bellissime persone, disponibili e gentili. La stanza spaziosa, pulitissima e comoda, anche la posizione ci è piaciuta, si può raggiungere tutto a piedi. Ti danno anche la pozzibilità di noleggiare bici e scooter

L'emplacement et le prix

Des travaux sur le long du séjour,très bruyant en fonction des travaux tôt le matin ,7h du matin et les enfants du patron qui crie le matin en plus a 7h30. Très compliqué pour se reposer.
